Prodiscus FLIPPERi for understable fairway duties and FASTi for extra ultra long distance throws. Both are very easy to throw hyzer flip shots.

At your distance I would try a Seer, I prefer them in tourney plastic, but I think VIP is a little less stable. They have turn out of the box even at your distance and are controllable until you throw them about 330 or so.

Of the others mentioned I think Sting is probably best, but I really like the Seer. Seer has a profile almost exactly like a Cheetah in plastic that lasts longer. Millennium Polaris is basically a more stable Seer which turns for most, but might not at your distance until it is broke in some.

I think I miss out on something without really understable discs. I want to practice more hyzer flips and RHBH shots traveling to the right, plus some rollers. Thus I want to get me some understable drivers.

My main drivers are Teebirds. I throw them about 260 feet pretty consistently and reach about 300 feet max.

I had a look at the Roadrunner (9/5/-4/1) and TDx (9/5/-3/1), but they might be too fast to fly really understable for me. I think they might be rather max distance discs for me. Will I be able to make them travel right still? Would they make rollers like my Leopard? (Currently I roll Teebirds and Eagles, it just requires a lot of anny ...)

I also had looks on the Underworld and F7. Would they be better suited, because they are slower?

(I don't care for brands, but more for price and availability in Europe.)

Please share your opinions and experiences! :-)
The Underworld is the ridiculous understable disc in my bag. It is reserved for, again, ridiculous rollers of both persuasions and, once more, RIDICULOUS fore or backhand hyzer flip escape shots.

This slot is indispensable for woods golf.

+1 for the Seer. It's flippy from the start. It's not great in the wind.

With that being said, I'm off to buy a sting.

My distance is near that of the OP, and I love my understable discs. I am currently throwing the DD Maverick and Discraft Archer. They perform so similarly to one another that I don’t need to carry both. They are both reliably understable, and respond well to changes in speed and release angle. I prefer them both over the Seer. Also, I like the Underworld in Elasto plastic, fantastic disc.
Good luck! Overstable discs are a dime a dozen, but the perfect understable disc is like the holy grail.

Thanks for the replies!

Unfortunately, there are no used discs in shops available here. Also, plastics and weights are limited.

Sting sounds good. I'll get one of those. Thanks.

If looking for fairway discs that turnover easily BUT aren't just a turn and burn ---- I really think the MVP Relay or MVP Switch would be a good fit. I'm a more advanced player and I use them - they ARE understable, but not just turn and burn type discs. I liked these better than the sting, more control but still quite US. Do what you want with that info

you can't go wrong tho with these suggestions. F7, Sting, Relay, Switch, Diamond, etc there are tons

Second vote for the Maul. Easiest hyzer flip distance of any disc I’ve tried.
