Default Floating Meathook?

Most discs that float tend to be under stable. Are there any severely over stable discs that float?

I'm not a disc authority, but...
If you mean float on water, you're looking for light (sub-139 gram) blizzard discs, some of the R-pro plastics, etc. My buddy throws all his drivers in that weight range. Includes a Boss, etc.

Only Boss I've ever thrown was a Blizzard version, and it was very overstable.

While we're on the subject, has anyone tried to see if super light MVP Fission discs float?

Not every Blizzard Boss is understable. I know it's a pain, but if you're looking in person geek out and compare the PLH on their stock and grab the one with the highest parting line. You should also look for a Destroyer with a high PLH too. The one I bought when they were released was really overstable.

Looks like Discmania has the DD2 and PD2 in Blizzard as well.

The Bliz Apes are probably most OS floaters IMO.
