I still keep a bright yellow #2 Driver around the house, and throw it on occasion; but, only in a field because the plastic will not hold up to the abuse from trees and rocks.

It's alot like those stickers some guys have in their back windows, the ones with Calvin pissing on Chevy or Ford. Why should anyone care what someone else drives? (or throws).

Guilty. I find the Dragon to be the perfect disc for me for #15 at Deer Lakes. It also worked well for #16 at Bryan Park. Those are the only two holes that I use mine on.

It's because of people like you that they keeping making those things!

No, just kidding. I co-own a small disc store, with hundreds of model/plastic combinations from a half-dozen manufacturers in stock. I'm a firm believer in the thought that every disc is right for someone. Otherwise, as I tell newer players, there would be only about a dozen disc models made. Though some are more popular because they're clearly the right disc for a lot of someones. But I'll admit that my own bag has a few that seem to work better for me than anyone else.

I think the O.P.'s almost right. It's not that all discs are good, generally speaking; it's that all discs are good for someone, and I rather wish people would tone down the proclamations of which are "best"---and realize that those disc may be best for them, but perhaps not for someone else.
