Default Disc storage rack ideas...

Tired of my discs sitting in milk crates so i want to buy or build a storage rack for my discs.

Please share photos and dimensions and quantity of pieces if you have a DIY rack or link to a premade rack.

Thanks

Here's the ones I made for my store. It's a long boring video on me making one of them, BUT if you go to the vid on youtube, the dimensions and supplies are in the vid description. Might help you if you decide to go pvc.

Note: these racks are probably overboard, but I wanted super durable for the store. I used 1.25" pvc and furniture grade elbows which meant that the elbows were expensive. I've seen plenty of pvc racks using 1" and cheap elbows from local home improvement stores with no issues, and a lot smaller racks with only maybe 2 or 3 levels. The opportunities with pvc are endless.

I used 1.25" pvc, furniture grade elbows and a pvc pipe cutter. Ordered the elbows online and pvc cutter online. Got the pvc at Menards. The dimensions are really up to you. This is a pretty cheap way to do it and it works great. No glue needed, just use a rubber mallet to pound them in snug. You can always build it up or out if needed.

Would a height of 1 ft for each shelf be too much?

nope, that way Ultimate discs/bigger discs that are similar can fit on the item and not look goofy
