Knee collapsed inward ahead of hips. If you are standing stacked on rear leg like a pitcher going into windup, your hips should move targetward while rotating away and rear knee should stay back closer to rear foot in external rotation.

Haha you picked out the worst possible bit of the whole vid �� it’s so hard to do it in x step with 0 momentum. Do any of the standstill ones look like the right idea?

Ok watching the pitching drill vid. The way he talks about external rotation of the knee to stabilize it - that sounds a lot like Mike maves presetting the foot screwed into the ground.
