Default Special Edition Leopard

I have a special edition leopard and I was wondering if anyone had any info on them. I field tested it a couple times, and it didn't feel or fly the same as my other leopards, it seems a bit less understable than both my champ and pro leopards, but that could be due to wear on those two. Any thoughts? Anyone know what it might be worth? Its in excellent condition, been field thrown a couple times, and no ink.

No idea what it is worth, but some people love them and have to have them so I'm guessing you could get $15-$20 for one. They were flippy and the plastic got beat up landing in grass. If you like flippy, not very durable discs they are the bomb. Because they were understable out of the box, some people liked them as turnover/roller discs that they didn't have to beat up. They had to replace them a lot, though.

Newbie question: How do you tell if it's 'special edition'?

It says so on the stamp.

Edit: The SE Leopards came out 10 years ago. You don't see them around much.

I was wondering when they came out, I had never seen one before I got this one in a trade.

Last time I saw one on Ebay was about two years ago and it was listed at $30. I don't check there much so I don't know if anymore are listed or what they are going for now. I own two and loved them when they first came out. One is in great condition and the other is flippy as hell. The plastic was supposed to be very durable but it warps pretty easily. Direct tree hits are very bad for SE plastic no matter how hard it was thrown.

thats a hot disc. i remember when they came out in that plastic and they have a similar flight path to a vision: a little turn, lots of glide, and then a pretty soft toutchdown with a significant amount of skip.

sweet disc! i just picked up a nice broken-in one in a trade. its good for standstill shots off bad tees or down tight fairways. i can get similar lines throwing a beat one at 50% power no run-up compared to throwing a newer one 80% or so with an x-step
