Looks to me more like, people calmed down and both sides worked things out.

This agreement was written down? Or just a verbal agreement with a handshake..?

Just curious how no one knew about it when knowing would have been more convenient...

It was like one of the club members was listing off their grievances again...happened to add in this agreement this time... and the other side went... "Wait. There's an agreement? Oh crap, let's fix this."
