Thanks, I was just wanting to get a better idea of how shallow this thing really is and I am very familiar with the Zone. I’ve been waiting for a shallow stable/under stable putting putter in a stiffish jawbreaker. As far as I know a jawbreaker Sol does not exist and the Luna wasn’t as shallow as I hoped. Do you think that the Fierce is more shallow/lower profile than the Luna, at least in the feel? It looks like it might be.

Also, not a big fan of the name but it’s better than many.

I think the name is ok, but would be better with her name in it “Paige Fierce”
But from a marketing standpoint would not “ Paige Pierce putter” and “Paul McBeth putter” be better names?

A CryZtal fierce would be nice...and if she wins worlds maybe Discraft release a small run for us to fight over and eBay make some money on

Was it in this thread that a foto was posted of a disc that had a lot of peeling after a modest number of rounds? Anyway, this little bit is what one basket hit did to mine. That will add up quick!

Maybe a faster wear and tear is acceptable?
Production had to be fast on the discs, they had been molding since October. Because of that, some of the discs had problems with the plastic not molding entirely which caused delamination or what we call the peeling. I was told by a buddy who plays with bob julio from discraft quite often that they fixed that problem. I only had one test flight that had the delam problem, my other practice putters have signed up similar to jawbreaker but haven’t had any chunks or delam problems.

Because of the flat top and the bottom part of the mold I believe the fierce is definitely slightly more shallow than the Luna, when the approval comes through I would bet to say that the measurement will be at 1.3cm where the Luna is at 1.4.

Nice, I know Paige used to throw a moonshine Deputy so if she wants a Z type Fierce to throw I guess Discraft will make her (and us) one.

But then again, Paul throws his Big-Z Luna ALOT but you can’t buy one

Well the focus isn’t a understable putter either. After she left discraft to prodigy, that’s when she first starting putting with straight to understable putters. She liked the pa4. But when she went to dynamic, the deputy was probably the putter she clicked with the most. Now that she can design her own putter, she had the deputy as the base then tweaked it to specifically how she wanted. In the process she made a putter a lot of other people love as well.
