Before we know this great idea will be similar to what golf courses did in the eighties on the ski slopes to earn non ski money.

You are on the right track. Once the course is signed off on you can get more money for pay and play. Now is the time to differentiate your course from the mostly pitch and play type courses at ski resorts.

Once you do that a big tourney, cash and more exposure for magic will make you guys look like real genius.

The ski hill courses around here are bombers. In fact, they're so big that people don't want to play them too often

Yeah its definitely a delicate balance, and you cant make everyone happy no matter what. Thats specifically why we made the front 9 way more easily enjoyed. The back 9 is for those who want a bigger challenge, and dont mind a bit of a hike. Even then, our longest is just over 600, because our elevation changes are so extreme that any more and youre sending 90% of players into the woods.

Even now we are probably on the huge side and we were trying hard not to go too big while still incorporating specific cool natural features in the course.

We are definitely going as big as we can with it. I have aspirations in line with what the incredible crew up at Brewster Ridge has accomplished to the north. We have the equipment and the personnel to keep it immaculate, and everyone in the office is playing now and get it so that helps haha

Its going to take time but we will get there!
