Seems like the stabilities on these Proto Hades are all over the place.

Unfortunate. At least with Shrykes you get pretty good consistency as far as stability goes. I've thrown close to 30 Shrykes in star, G*, and champion. Very seldom have I seen an outlier. Most of them stick pretty closely to the 13, 6, -2, 2 flight.

I still haven't seen/thrown a Hades. When/if I do I'll do a detailed write up.

Mine definitely does not fly like a -3, 2 more like -1.5, 1.5'ish. I keep thinking that it was rated for MacBeth, but maybe it's just inconsistencies in the mold? That's going to suck to find a backup, cause I'm really digging this disc.

picked up there and they in the same weight and they all over the place with high speed stability. it is almost like they came out the box in stages of wear. I am bagging 2 of them right now because I like the flight of them but will look to replace with a different mold when they break in to much.

It is still in prototype also, so there's a possibility it will be tweaked and normalize once in production.

OTB have them from "(4) - Neutral Flatness" to "(6) - Pretty Domey" . . but most of them are (5)

should you go for the mor flat ones or the Domey ones?

I find the flat ones are more like a 12/5/-0.5/2

The softer domey ones are exactly what everyone wanted, glidey as all get out.

My flat one is a crazy understable "get out of trouble" type disc. My domey ones are way more usable for normal drives, but they hold onto their turn for a loooong time compared to other similar discs.

Wow, not mine. I'm sure if I put it out flat-anny it would just go to Narnia, but for the most part it seems to hold a line.

I got two proto Hades and I can't throw them...they're understable flip monsters for me...even if I want to throw a big anhyzer shot...they just turn in to throwlers. I've only thrown those two...and maybe it's just the run I got but I had to take them right out of my bag.

Let a guy I met at Ledgestone throw my 156g Hades. He pushed it out to the 375-400' range compared to the 320' range I'm usually at. At that distance it did start to have just the faintest hint of of turn before sailing straight and finishing on a hyzer. After seeing that he was hoping to pick one up at the pro shop, I warned him they've been reported to be fairly inconsistent. I'm not sure if he wound up getting one or not.

I also finally pulled out the 173g one I have and did some field work with that. Seems to fly pretty similar to my 156g maybe just a touch more turn, but still not anywhere near understable enough to become a throwler. I'd like to find another mid 150g disc as a backup in case I lose mine but it seems like they're all so different there's no guarantee it'll fly like I'm expecting.
