I guess I could have included my answer in the OP... Anyway, I would like to make it to a local (MN/WI area) professional level and actually stand my own, maybe cash regularly, win one eventually(?)

"Whoever has the most fun, wins!" --- Steady Ed Headrick.

That's my goal, too.

I would like to be a contender in open in all of my local events, I feel like I’ve got the shots and am getting the consistency. I just hope I can play more events and get that status before I’m too old to capitalize.

I hope to see some transcendent things here and there. See the leaves blow around. See the flowers come up. Crunch on the snow. Smell the dirt. I hope to watch my freinds being pleased with themselves. I hope to know more than I did before. I ache to hit a canada goose in the neck with a driver, and eat it. I hope to make someone gladder, or more thoughtful, or to make them laugh. I hope to stand behind players on the tee, see the discs in their hands, and prophesy with an unseen outstretched arm the direction in which they will err. I hope to pull a special disc out of the lake and give it to a graceless moron. I hope to miss a five-foot putt on purpose to lose a tournament by one throw. I hope to hit a big dead tree with a drive, and knock it down, and find among its exploded corpse a litter of raccoons which I will take home and care for and finally give away to a Catholic Priest who claims to run an animal rehab but actually does something else that I'll never learn of but which gets him in enough trouble that he leaves town. I hope to play a tournament in the sweltering heat and stash watermelons on ice in the weeds at the backup holes. I aspire to absolutely no competitive goal whatsoever. There's not room in my head for anything so silly.

He lost me at snow crunching. Usually people ****post practice creative writing on 4chan or reddit...hey whatever gets his rocks off.

I'm here to be the most competitive "just for fun" player there is - I don't have time for leagues or tournaments, I don't care what my score is vs my friends, but MAN do I want to beat my personal best scores every single round. Rock and a hard place I'd say...

Mine are more for the course I built. It’s been an uphill battle to wrestle funding, time to work on it or even play it at all because we keep building chairlifts but I swear one of these days I’m going to host A-Tiers.

It’s such a sweet course, I honestly can’t wait for the world to get to know Magic.

My personal aspirations are to have fun and play with my friends and my family as much as I can. Also to kick my buddies’ asses but that’s mostly just a bonus.
