Default The Michael Johansen Walk Off

So Michael Jo throws his drive and while the disc is still well in it's flight, he decides to walk off the tee and let everyone else watch his disc fly. I personally think it makes him look like a disc golf badass.

It's a luxury when playing with spotters.

But, he got bested by a chipmunk, so . . . .

It isn't a spotter thing, he does it in casual rounds too. If you hit the gap and have no chance of OB or an ace, what's the point of staring down every shot.

I guess you can do that when almost every drive lands in the middle of the fairway.

That's MJ being MJ. Watch the Hall of Fame Classic final round for more of it.

Cool guys don't watch explosions.

If you know your disc and know where it's going, you don't need to watch.

I've never heard any stories of him holding up a group because he lost a disc for not watching. So, who cares?

I do this often on courses I frequent. I can almost always tell exactly where its going to land based on the shot I threw
