Overall, there's still nothing that fixes form flaws. We also all know that plastic just gets better with time. I'd bet your 2016 discs are even nicer now than when you last threw them. See if they're still working for you and then see what gaps need filling.
Kong is the limited Prototype Anax pronounced Onyx.

Innova made some Sonic in premium and in R-Pro in late 2016-early 2017, not sure if the R-Pro from Infinite Discs is still available.

I made an obvious mistake, Kong is the Prototype Zeus.

If you don't know something...just don't post. It's that simple.

But what if you don't know whether or not you don't know the thing that you think you know?

I assume full responsibility and welcome the Casey correction, even if incorrect. The Zeus was indeed what I meant when I referred to the Kong.

You missed Gregg Barsby winning Worlds in 2018 and new dominant Eagle thrower Calvin Heimburg win the Pro Tour in 2019. Of course somethings never change, like Innova rewarding Gregg with an unworkable beef cake Eagle in brown and dark green “swirly“ star. Sure, Calvin needs a pro level “swirly” hard to find massively overstable Destroyer but not your everyday disc golfer, Thanks Obama.

On the flip side, Innova has released some Star Destroyers that Ams might actually be able to throw over 300’. .

Save your old Nate Sexton Firebirds, they’ve gotten wildly collectible. Now lots of molds are made in color glow plastic. Kinda feels like Prodigy 400gish.

Innova’s Luster plastic makes for a tick more stable run and the pearl in some of those are sick so I’d recommend as a book end for your cycle if applicable.

Furthermore, the industry has given up on speed 7 drivers and speed 4 mids, Paul McBeth made Buzzzes more popular than Rocs, and even Drew Gibson sees no use for the an approach disc as overstable as the Stego.

Other posters above have given most of the big stories, so I'll just say what's new that I liked: Infinite Discs has a line of molds, made by Innova from various top and bottom pieces, and in some good plastics.

Not exactly new, but I'm liking the recent runs of Zone and Buzzz in the really good Titanium plastic.
