I usually roll my sidewinder, been working with a mongoose too. Last time I was out, I had an errant throw with my Viking, rolled much better than I expected.

Savant syndrome is a condition in which a person with a mental disability, such as an autism spectrum disorder, demonstrates profound and prodigious capacities or abilities far in excess of what would be considered normal in a particular field.

Way to go, Innova. I thought mental disabilities were Discmania's gimmick?

If a disc is marketed as being spectacular for one obscure talent (rolling) but bad at everything else savant is an apt name.

I highly doubt a -2 HSS, 1 LSF mold is gonna be better at rollers than the -3, 1 Sidewinder or the -4, 1 Roadrunner.

All the cool kids gather to make fun of Innova disc names when they are released. Not knowing that means you are not a cool kid.

Such a bad name for a disc....

Daedalus on the other hand isn't bad at all.

To me a power roller has the turn but is still really stable at the end of its flight...in this case keeping it straight stable while it rolls. Paul McBeth endorsed the Krait, and was seen throwing huge rollers with them, with accuracy. Innova probably hoped to see bigger Krait sales. . So in my mind, this disc will be a slower Krait; i.e. a Krait for slower arms. Once again this is purely speculation, and for a disc named the Savant, this thread is very appropriate.
