Is it really as OS as a BERG? . . the BERG and Aviar3 has 36% LSF on Inbounds, feels like the Bullfrog will have less than that looking att the numbers

The Bullfrog honestly sounds a lot like an RDG Serpent. Low glide, high speed stable, low fade. That's the combination I associate with the Serpent.

That's actually a really good description of the Berg as well. Having thrown a Serpent and a Berg they don't seem so similar to throw though and I can't really explain why. Berg does seem a bit slower to me though.

Even if it is a descent Berg clone I don't see why anyone would want inferior plastic, even with added cost a premium Berg is likely to outlast me.

If this mold is gonna stick around a while there better be a big name throwing them, seems like a lot of the newer Innova stuff is dependent on that.

The looks of the Bullfrog, especially the shallowness and flatness, and the V-Tech remind me of the Infinite Disc Tomb. Not saying it's the same, and it looks like the Bullfrog is slower. I'll be very interested to read the reviews of this mold when y'all try it out and share your findings..

I saw one yesterday, didn't pay that much attention to it but it had a bead.

V-tech right? Is it just me or does Dave need to stop drinking the VTEC Kool-Aid (yes I realize the error on the second one, it is intentional)?

I honestly didn't look. My daughter said I made the kind of face you make when you smell something bad when I griped it; I held it for a second and put it right back.

Once Dave Dunipace commits to something, it seems like he hangs with it to the bitter end. From the L-molds (some are good) to the "3" series (most are good) to V-Tech (some are good, but people seem to hate it just on some kind of 'principle'), he's stuck to his guns. He obviously likes V-Tech and sees value in it.

And I'm not really understanding the visceral hatred some have for it, either...

I threw one a few times yesterday. It's a nice feeling disc . Stiff XT plastic that's grippy. Its really shallow, blunt, flat, decent sized bead. You could almost say it feels like a wizard3. Much more comfortable forehand grip than backhand for me because it's so shallow.

It was a tough disc to gauge power on because if you Sally it, it goes nowhere. The 1 glide is real. And I think it could easily be a 2 fade. It reminds me of the Ax3 but it feels different and has a tick less glide.

I think this disc will be good for flick approaches and downhill layups where you just need the disc to get down and stay down in that XT plastic.

It's really fun to throw.
