Thanks for all the detailed answers! Another question regarding weight shift and body position. I do throw in a pretty upright position and I dont crouch down or bend my knees at all. I feel like my weight is too much on my heels often resulting in an unintended anhyzer throw. Should I practice keeping the head down and knees bent for more consistency?

Don't keep your head down or crouch.

Keep your head dynamically balanced upright and posture athletic/quick on toes with slight knee and hip bend to Ride the Bull/weightshift.

Spin Doctor! You had to have been getting dizzy, no?!

I appreciate the dizziness sacrifice on our behalf.
