KJ gets by with shoulder rotation slightly ahead of his hips, the hips get left behind a little, watch the video and look at his shoulder rotation, how he keeps his chest out a little to compensate, and how the hips are left behind a little relative to shoulder turn.
Watch his sternum.
And he should re-tune his left arm, not let it come up so much as a counter-balance.
Biggest thrower in my area (Wraith 500+) preaches big shoulder turns......
Paige and KJ do not have the same form, Paige wins.
