Default EXP-X

https://www.golfdisc.com/disc-golf-discs/exp-x

They are finally making the EXP1 in Quantum/Champion plastic. The last limited run done for the Nick Hyde Memorial was with the Eagle-L wing, but this run is supposed to have the X wing. Hence why they are calling it EXP-X. The first run is Luster Quantum. I have some on the way and will post feedback soon.

The mold is supposedly the Eagle-X wing with Banshee top. I have some of the old runs that were done in CE at the time there was a shortage of pro type plastic. They are just as beefy as a Banshee. This could be an option for Banshee throwers if they come out somewhat flat since most of the newer Banshees are domey.

I'm starting to feel like Millenium's discs are just the best of the Innova molds on which they are based.

Millenium discs needs to update their game and become more relevant. I have seen some newer runs of the Orion. They need to kinda 'rebrand' The newer stamps are good. The Orion LS is a different mold now tho, its a smooth understable flight, Hyzerflips like a dream covered in butter. I'd like to see an update with their disc info and such presented in a way that is more appealing. Millenium & Discmania are doing good with the Innova sources they have

This definitely. They have good products from what I have seen and the few I have tried, but I have always been afraid to really jump in since I never see them in stores and they seem to run discs so infrequently. Maybe they should try to corner the market on say superoverstable stuff. The MOAB (I know it is Hyzerbomb) and EXP-X do this, and so do the Sentinel, Taurus, and Mortar to an extent. Try to fill the gap around the Max/Monster and finally produce an Zone like disc for the Innova family (although the Mortar kind of does this). Maybe this limits them to being a niche company (it works for Gateway), but what are they now. They can still make some of their classic molds, but focus on being the go to for a certain type of disc.
