Default Privately Run Courses on Publicly Owned Land

Looking for examples of privately run for profit courses on land owned by municipalities. Would be particularly interested in communication with folks running them regarding things like rent, maintenance, etc.

Morley Field in San Diego is the highly successful prototype for this scenario.

Not sure of the exact set up, but isn't Lemon Lake (the park) owned by Lake County, but the Flight Center and courses run and maintained by club members/individuals separate from the county?

Apologies if that's not the case.

Only the Pro Shop privately owned. Baskets/courses owned by the county and they collect the fees for cars entering since there are no fees to play once in the park.

Tom Ingle ran Swope as a privately run for profit course in Kansas City in the 80's. It and Morley Field are the only two places I've played that meet that criteria.

Kaposia in the Twin Cities is close to this model with private owners collecting course fees, running the pro shop and leagues plus doing some upgrades like a few baskets and tees. The city still owns the course and does mow the grass.
