Chances are good that it won't gain any more value than it has right now since everybody seems to be buying anything with Paul's name on it. The Nova is a great disc, but it isn't the "investment" a Roc would be.

Yeah it probably won't gain value like my 2018 usdgc prehistoric roc will. That's the disc i should try to get him to sign

I think it's more about the rarity and particulars of specific runs of discs that drive the value more than whose name is on the disc. As for the McBeth stuff (obviously not including rare molds/stamps that are OOP) the value probably won't really ever be as high as it is right now with him moving to a different company.

I personally couldn't care less whose name is on there unless it's inclusive of denoting a very specific run that feels/flies the way I want it to. Ink? Noooope! I don't care who you are, you're taking points off the sleepy scale.
