Default Alaska May 14-22nd, who has the info

So I have a ticket booked for the dates in the title. Can anyone give me info on where I should play, private courses, breweries, food, anything I might need to know.

Flying into Anchorage, trip is primarily for disc golfing all day and everything else is second.

Kincaid park is the big Anchorage course, there are more on UDisc but I haven’t actually thrown up there. Moose’s tooth has pizza and beer. Odd Man Rush is supposedly a good brewery as well. I’ve been to Anchorage a lot but usually nothing more than a quick turn.

I forgot to tell you to talk to Bill Maury Holmes. He has lots of great info on the food and beer in Anchorage.

Hey Lion. My wife and I spent a couple days in Anchorage, before departing on a cruise. We had the chance to rent bicycles in Anchorage and ride along the Cook Inlet. A nice paved bike path with some very cool scenery, including a far too close moose encounter. The ride ended in Kincaid park. We were able to carry a small bag and a couple discs to check out the course and then ride back. I was a great adventure.

Have you booked accomodations yet? There will be a lot of driving no matter where you stay. Anchorage has the most courses, then Kenai pennisula.

Suggestion
Start in Anchorage. Kincaid is the best.
Stay in Kenai/Soldotna for a couple of days and play the rest of the courses on the penninsula.
While driving to Kenai, play Girdwood and have local beers there. Sorry, I don't IPA.
I wish I had more time in Homer to play Moose Pretzel and enjoy the awesome scenery. While the little nine-hole in Seward was not all that, I thought the trip to Seward was worthwhile for the views of sea level glaciers!

Alaska was spectacular!

I would also recommend a big breakfast at Snow City Cafe.
