More than once I've run into groups of kids getting wasted where only three or four out of the eight or ten of them was throwing. The rest were wandering around with them, smoking and drinking. It has happened at Campton Hills pretty much every time I have played there. It seems to be a pretty popular "get wasted" destination for the St. Charles youth.

I think basil marera has the local rochester/greece NY kids who congregate in the woods at the benches and party, drink, smoke and trash the course and they don't even play.....this is why I will not put benches on my course...lol

We always had a problem at White Birch because there is a bench in a secluded area around the #11 tee. The locals call it the "smoker hole." More than one time I came across somebody back there who did not appear to have discs with them sitting on that bench. I always thought that was weird.

I don't mind packing my own trash, but I most always pick up others trash along the way and like to dispose of it as soon as possible.( I hate finding broken glass, it last forever) Although not everyone will use the trash cans no how many there are.. I do notice less trash if there are more places available to dispose of it. So it is a convenience to have trash maintenance program .. If they didn't have them at the courses I play most, the T's would look like dumps... so yeah everyone needs to pack out their own trash and leave the glass at home.. That would be nice... BTW you have a great course there in Rolla

Default Night kids

Here at O'Hauser Park in Neenah, Wi they are upgrading the course with longer tees and some clearing out. Not only do the night drinkers leave their trash all over the place, they are vandalizing the tee forms (kicking them apart).
The guys working on the course get really upset that they have to remake tee forms everyday before they start anything else.
