Default What to pair Warship with?

Those of you that throw the Warship, what other mids do you carry along with it? Currently I carry a Z-Buzzz for stable/fade shots, an Opto Fuse for super straight shots in low wind, and a beat Goldline Fuse for turnovers. In headwinds I use my Z-Buzzz for shots I would normally use the Opto Fuse for in calm conditions.

I just picked up some Warships in both plastics and am confused with where it fits in. I really like the disc but it seems to fall between my Fuses and Buzzz in stability. The VIP is more stable for sure, but I'm not sure how well it will hold in winds. Also my lighter weight TP is slightly understable, but not as flippy as my beat GL Fuse. I really want to bag them but I don't want too much overlap. I love the lazer straight shots I get with the TP when thrown with slight hyzer. It flips up to flat and just rides it all the way to the ground. I also like the added distance I can get with them. I have no problem getting them out around 350ft.

I guess I need to know how the VIP handles headwinds compared to a Z-Buzzz of the same weight.

i do the fuse warship pain combo as well, all heavy and in opto. i was throwing a mid 160s tournament warship for a while and it was faster than my fuse, but flew similar lines. i'm considering getting another vip warship around 170 for control turnovers all the way to the ground. when i was throwing buzzzes i had a flx that i liked for that shot.

Beat up DX Roc, Beat 11x Roc, fresh 12x Roc, tourney Warship. I use it on low ceiling long wooded holes when the roc would need more height.

How do the heavy VIP Warships hold up into headwinds? My Buzzz can still be thrown flat into 10mph winds, stronger winds I have to start adding a bit of hyzer. I have a feeling the Warship will start needing hyzer sooner than my flat Z-Buzzz.

This has been my issue too. It is a tweener disc. I like it very much, and love the glide, but it is hard to find a home for. Right now i try to use it as my driver in the woods. I get almost the same distance from the Warship as I do a River, but with a little less fade.

Right now I am using a Fuse, Pain and Warship a lot. My Core is getting a rest. To me it is a longer, slightly more stable Core. An over stable mid paired with it is handy for wind and/or shots that need more fade.

i'm throwing a neon pink 177 that has a decent dome to it and it seems to hold up ok in the wind. we haven't had any seriously windy days lately to test it though. my guess would be that it might need a touch of hyzer sooner, but not by a lot.

I too am carrying the Fuse, Warship, Pain combo. I had a Roc in there for a while, but a powered down warship acts just like a Roc. I have pulled some of the slower fairway drivers outta the bag because of the Warship. Damn thing glides for days.
