Default Z Nebula vs Glo Buzzz

I'm in the market for an overstable midrange, and DynamicDiscs has some Z Nebulas in stock. I love my Buzzz, and I would like to have something similar in feel to it. Has anyone out there thrown the Z Nebulas, and if so, how would it compare to a heavy Glo Buzzz? I'm not particularly interested in ESP Nebulas.

Also, if someone has either disc, and would like to trade them for something, let me know. I'd like to try them out, but I don't want to pay $18 for a disc I won't keep.

Hornet is the way to go. They have no bead like the buzz and they are stable to overstable.

Hmm. Hadn't even considered the hornet. Let's go ahead and throw that into the mix.

I'm digging the Aftershocks from DGA right now. They do have a bead, but it's a microbead, not a big Wasp/Comet style bead. They are more stable than the Buzzz but not crazy stable like the Hornet. Very good midrange.

I have only thrown ESP nebulas, but to me they were right between a hornet and buzzz. Almost like a wasp really without the bead. FWIW the one I threw was ~max weight and new.

I've read that the Aftershock is very Buzzz-like. I should have pointed this out in the first post, but I don't want any disc with a bead. Beads and I don't tend to get along for some reason (most likely a mental issue).

I'll be at Play it Again Sports tomorrow, and I'll be able to feel some of these discs in person to see what they're like. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to see any of the Nebulas in person.

That's what I wanted to hear. I can only assume that if I buy a 177+ Z plastic one that it will be even more overstable. Of course, once I get to PIAS, I might just pick up a hornet on impulse...

Yep. DynamicDiscs has some Z ones in stock. They have 4 different colors, they're bottom stamped, and they're PDGA approved. I really want to pull the trigger, but I'm waiting to see how this thread plays out first.
