So how does the Anode compare in flight to the Proxy? By the numbers it should be dead straight with no fade if cranked on, and great for powered down hyzer putts. Is that in any way accurate in the wild?

I used the Anode in the past, mainly for approach but putted with them at times too. Had Proton and Neutron. Both were dead straight, but with more glide than the Proxy. I like the Proxy a lot more for driving though.

I think electron is basically going to be gateway super soft and soft electron sss when it's all molded up. If they do firm electron on it, bam soft gateway plastic. I'm actually really really looking forward to if for putters, but just interested in it for the other plastics.

I'm an Anode devotee.

It is a slower, glidey putter that is straight to slightly understable at full power and straight with a slight fade at partial power.

The inner rim is slightly rounded like the ion - some like it, some hate it. Beadless and has a sort of tall, rounded shoulder and flat top

How does that address the fact that this is still baseline plastic, which every other company (other than maybe Prodigy) offers for much cheaper than $11 per disc? I mean, just because it doesn't warp easily doesn't mean it should cost $3 more per disc than, say Innova DX (which also doesn't warp easily in my experience).

Do you want it better or do you want it cheaper?

Gateway baseline is 11 a piece. Though, yes you can get it for cheaper. Honestly, until they come out there is no way we will know if they are worth the price point.

Electron is out...? And it warps pretty easily with any real power. Gave one of my ions a big old fat lip the other day. No way the streamlined versions will be any different. Id love to be able to sell it for $9.99

So, I think I've finally talked myself into trying the proxy, but am unsure on what plastic I want it in. Plasma is probably my favorite of MVP, but I have seen a LOT of people say they prefer it in neutron soft. Would be for possibly off the tee, but definitely approach shots. Any thoughts on best plastic for it are welcome.
