Default Help to get my form better?

Hello!

I’ve been playing disc golf for a year and my shots are around 200~250ft. Yesterday was the first and only day that I threw around 300ft, but I really don’t know what happened in that shot that made my disc fly straight and with a lot of power.

So today I got this video of my form and I really wanted some help to find out what I can do to make it better and to stop throwing inconsistently (and a lot of times nose up).

I’ve been trying throwing a slightly anhyzer and I got way better than when I was trying to throw straight.

Looks like your rear leg is pushing your shoulder over forward instead of your hip/shifting forward to front leg.

Thanks for the videos. I do feel that I’m always throwing with my arm only and not using the power of my hips.
