Default Form Check

Hi Everyone,

Long time lurker and feeling pretty beat down on my quest to throw far (I've been at it for about 3 years now).

I'm throwing Roc3s between 240 and 260 in this video, and that's about my best at the moment.

If any of the knowledgeable folk on here can help me out, I would appreciate it more than I can express. I'd love to hear what I'm doing incorrectly (also if I happen to be doing anything right).

Thank you in advance

Move more laterally, rather than walking backwards and opening up into the plant.

Got to get your rear arm forward. Hold a beverage or something you don't want to fly away.

Thanks for the quick reply! I'll give those changes a go.

Does the relative position of my hips/torso/throwing arm look poor to you at any point in my throw? It's strange because I recently started to get the feeling of my upper body being flung(?) by the energy coming up my brace, but it didn't result in any gains.

(thank you again. I've read so much of your material on the forums. I appreciate it immensely)

Welcome, try doing this drill, don't need to go fast, just feel. Let go of your arm/disc like a ball on string.
