Final hit course #100. I have been making a big push over the last year and a half to get there, over 30 courses this year alone. I decided a while ago to pick a special course to hit the milestone on. The course I went with is Vollrath Park in Sheboygan, WI. Possibly the 3rd oldest course in Wisconsin. My first round was a little rough(only a couple birdies) while I learned the layout but on my second round I got a bunch of 2s.

Over the course of this year I decided that I'm not a hardcore course bagger. Playing bad course after bad course just isn't something I like to do. Part of that is my own fault since I like to play ever course at least two times. I believe that only 8 of the 100 course were played once. I like going new course and playing them few times and really getting to know the course. I am going to go back to bagging courses when convenient or when the course has a decent rating. Though I did bag two more courses on the way home from Vollrath.

Luckily, there's still plenty of good courses to play without being a hardcore bagger. I typically don't play courses rated less than 3.0 on DGCR when I travel and can still find plenty of options out there. For me, this is a good balance between lots of different courses and consistently high-quality rounds.

^^^ Yes that was a great trip.

I thought I had posted on this thread but apparently not. I'm at 116 courses played, not all of which are listed on DGCR.

At my average rate I should hit 200 courses by the year 2043.
(but at current rate of playing courses and good health I should hit 200 in 4 or 5 years).

200 is a nice round number.

Hat tip to those who have dwarfed my bagging numbers lol.

^^Twas an awesome adventure with Team, playing 21 different courses in 5 days(19 new pelts for me). Puts me somewhere around 230.

Not exactly planned but I find myself at 94 new courses played in 2018(all since May 15th). Gonna have to make a push this fall to get to 100 for the year. MT isn't best for bagging but I’m too close not to make it happen. Did 6 + hours of driving on Saturday and got 2 new courses!

Finally hit this milestone with Worlds in July. What a long, strange trip it's been.

I will reach 100 on Oct 22, if my fall disc golf trip goes off as planned,
Number 100 will either be Little Mulberry Park OR North Georgia Canopy Tours...
I'm leaning toward the "chicken coop" hole as #100

what say you? (I've heard both courses are "MUST" plays...)

Agreed that both courses are very good (and difficult). I think North GA Canopy Tours gets the edge on this one though if you can only pick 1.
