I guess it all depends on the thrower, I have seasoned Eagle-Ls that I use for turnover and straight duties, but I stand by my statement that a fresh one is slightly overstable for me. Especially the current run of 12x Champion ones that are domey and have the flight numbers stamped on. Those are a notch more overstable than the older flat opaque 12x champion ones without the flight numbers.

I agree that the newer domey ones start more OS. But I tend to try and tell people what the disc will be for its useful life, not what it will be out of the box before the flashing is gone. To me, L mold is a hyzer flip to straight, turnover mold.

I have one of the rare Star L's and it is pretty stable, about as much as most Star X's fresh. It is more stable than the gummy star x's I have, and the equal of the firmer ones I have. I do think it will beat in to be flippier than those X's though. No hint of turn on a flat 300'-320' throw with it.
