Upper body is turning open too soon and you end up hugging yourself as a result. I think you are also compensating somehow for that in the plant as well because it looks like you are collapsing during the plant and consequently not bracing.

I don't think you aren't trusting yourself to shift from behind onto the front leg. You need to slow down and work on your standstill/1 step and keep your eyes on your thumb/disc and turn further back through your torso/lat and widen upper arm to elongate your swing. Do Door Frame Drills, and keep walking your rear foot closer to target while you leverage your hips forward and the door frame pulls your torso/shoulder further back.

You are turning open before you plant into your front heel and pulling the disc early with your arm instead of your weight/butt/lat pulling the shoulder/arm/disc, and you are collapsing/crashing into your front leg instead of bracing upright and rotating freely on it. Note how your front shoulder is already almost square with your front hip when your heel plants and your head is looking at the target instead of disc.

Note how Eagle stares his disc down the entire swing and his shoulders are turned much further back to create a longer lever/whip from the body.
