Default help me make correct changes to my form

Hello!
Excuse the bad lighting in the garage, I hope you can see what's going on in the video despite the quality. I will try to fix it till next time.
I am trying to correct my form now when there is winter outside.
When throwing outside I max out at about 330 with mids and 400 ft with Wraiths... I feel that I am lacking explosivity/velocity but get a good amount of spin on the discs.

I have already tried to make some changes, and that is a faster weight shift and more on my toes... the lower body still looks slow tho hehe.

You are trying to push off your rear leg with knee extension instead of plantar flexion. Your rear foot is just sliding forward flat footed instead of leveraging you forward off your instep into the plant.

Thank you sidewinder!
I believe I was able to implement your advice into my throw, at least in those slower more controlled drives.
I also feel like I have a tendency to drag my left arm a bit so I will try to focus on that part as well.

I thank you again, if you have more suggestions it would be very much appreciated!

Witness protection huh?

Now you need to turn everything further back and shift from behind into the plant and finish upright balanced on the front leg. You are trying to shift from in front of you and your front side is turned too open coming into the plant and you jam into the front leg and fall back or over to the left tee side. Watch how Markus pirouettes all the way around his front leg in the follow thru. Also note how his left arm is in front of his body as he plants, yours is behind your back.

Hello good sir
I am truly sorry for the bad lightning, I am still looking for a solution for that.

I believe I am moving in the right direction following your guidance.
The first part of the throw is starting to look alright... but there is a problem tho, my front side is now caving in.

Stride straighter so you land more upright on front leg.

I am pretty happy with the sequence and balance in this one. Thinking maybe I should drill it for a bit before looking to add more power into it. Or what do you think? Should I change something before I do that?

Yeah looking better. I think you are still striding or falling over to the left teepad side too much off your rear leg, so you are losing hip depth or butt wipe pressure on your rear leg as you stride and then you have to compensate your plant over to catch. Your front leg should be swinging more underneath your center to catch you smoother, rather than your front leg swinging over to left to catch your off balance condition.

Wow! Yes — good catch!
I can easily feel an unfamiliar feeling in my hips trying those things out... retaining hip depths and mimicking correct hip motions.
This will not be easily implemented.
Thank you
