I fixed this problem in my form by changing the orientation of the disc in my hand. It was going nose up because thats how i was holding it. Also, i dont cock my wrist at all. I just hold it straight and the disc is already always held in line with my forearm.

A buddy of mine had a lot of success fixing nose angle issues when he worked on pushing the thumb. You want to push your thumb over your pivot finger while releasing; as if your disc was clay and you were trying to squeeze it in half between your fingers (if that makes sense), or like you have a piece of chalk between your thumb and pivot finger that you're trying to pulverize. If you were trying to kill a bug between your thumb and pivot finger, you wouldn't just squeeze them together. You'd grind them across each other.

What thumb push ends up doing is causing a slight pronation (or supination ... I forget which one is which) to get the nose down and also increases grip strength.
