Default What are the chances????

AAARRRGGGHHHHH!!!!!

#6 at McClain Park in San Antonio is a 622' dogleg left monster. The teebox faces a tight fairway up a slight incline to an open field. At the left corner of the fairway as it opens up to the field is a telephone pole out about 250-260'.

I've hit the telephone pole with my drive THREE times in the last two weeks!!!

All three shots were great drives for me and would have been in the 330-360' range without the damn pole.

The same friend was with mr on the last two hits. I told him after the second time that I had already hit the pole once earlier in the week. When I hit it the third time, I looked at him and his jaw was hanging open.

The Disc Golf Gods are out to get me is all I can figure. Anybody got a chainsaw I can borrow? LOL

Isn't the definition of crazy "doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results"?

You should start a new rule for that hole and say anyone who hits the pole off the tee gets an automatic birdie. I bet you'll never hit that pole again.

I saw a giant woodpecker at Calvert last week! I named him woody and took some pictures. He had to have been 25+lbs and 2.5ft tall! I was gettin ready to tee off hole 10 and wood chips hit me in the head, I looked up and saw the biggest woodpecker I've ever seen. It was pretty cool to see.

Next time you should try to hit it and then you probably won't. or you just might.

That's kind of funny. I have a few holes at La Mirada which I play regularly where I can hit some tight openings consistently and all of the sudden the past week and a half that has not happened more than once that I can remember. Even today I had a pretty looking drive until a branch literally reached down and swatted my disc back in my face. At least that is what I remember happening. I think there is something in the air right now that is causing discs to do some crazy things.
