Default Toronto Island - is the course playable?

Toronto Island has been mostly closed for 2 months due to record flooding. Mayor says there are going to be major changes to the island and the parks.

Is the course closed permanently?

How much damage was done?

Will it be ready/open for the Toronto Island Maple Leaf?
