I am so happy to see this Hornet thread living. I have a stack of esp hornets and I love how I can beat them in to fly different lines. For instance, in the bag I have a light weight (168g) hornet and it flies dead straight with slight fade. It is very similar to my 178g ti buzzz but does not have any turn to it at all, so 5|4|0|1. I can usually place these two discs within feet of each other. My 173g hornet flies like a a true 5|4|0|2. Flies straight for 80-85% of its flight then fades out. I carry a 178g hornet and that thing is straight beef. I toss it and it is fighting left for most of its flight. I would say it is more like 5|3|0|3.5-4. This one is the best for headwinds as I feel like I have a firebird in midrange form.

If you happen to be willing to get rid of the ace race hornets, I am always willing to buy or trade for some.

Most Hornet Players do not like how much dome can come on a Drone. That is a big reason why they use the Hornet. Drone has a bigger dome like a Comet.

Whippet is now only made in Star and the X mold off the website. I wanted a KC Pro plastic Whippet but they stopped those long ago so I would have taken a XT or Pro/R-Pro Whippet.
