Default BACK AGAIN for FORM ANALYSIS update

Back again to get some tips, opinions, pointers, suggestions, advice, or help of any kind. Also as per usual, still accepting & reading any/all **** talking pertaining to all things not directly disc golf related I.e., wardrobe, image quality, etc. To any of the 2 - 3 members that have watched previous videos from earlier form critique vids, I feel like this has been the most significant improvement overall in form but not sure why.

Same advice as last time... one-leg drill. You never get balanced on the front leg. You also push off your rear heel instead of the instep, so you are basically missing the lever of your foot and throwing your balance behind your heels.
