Default Would You Rather?

I was just wondering and I was wandering a course over the weekend and I thought there should be a whole category of "would you rathers" for disc golf. I thought of a good one so I'll go first.

WOULD YOU RATHER:

Be guaranteed an ace every round, but you never finish a round under par

OR

Never get an ace for the rest of your life, but never finish a round over par?

Well, knowing that I'm guaranteed to have one ace per round would remove the excitement of it. Also, since I'm yet to have a tournament ace in 8 years of competitive play, I would be used to it.
Last, having absurd spitouts to not ace sounds quite funny to me...

So, option 2 is quite clear to me.

For the thread purposes, I would suggest we stick with that dilemma before we move on to another one. Even though I know it's impossible.

Definitely option 2, no question. I've managed to enjoy disc golf just fine so far without ever getting an ace, and never finishing over par sounds fantastic.

Assuming I'm an Amature (which I am): guaranteed an ace every round, but you never finish a round under par
I'd be guaranteed a piece of the Ace Pot every time I played, which would start to add up nicely if you hit one every freaking time you played. And Aces are always memorable, so there's that.

If I were Pro: Never get an ace for the rest of your life, but never finish a round over par.
I'd enter events on the very toughest courses and layouts, where finishing under par will almost guarantee a payout, and there wouldn't be many Aces anyway.

Option 2. I like winning more than aces, and you can’t win over par.

Also, if your finishing over Par with an ace it means you pooped the bed on another hole. That would be more frustrating.

aces are somewhat accidental... finishing under par takes skillZ.

option 2...under par always

Number two for me and it's not close. I rather be good for a whole round than lucky on one hole.
