Default Driving form update

I've posted a couple times, been working on my form. I took out a runup for a couple of months, got decent with a standstill. I have finally implemented a runup again, with much better results than before. I still have lots to work on for sure. In the video, I was throwing higher speed drivers. Also, this was a little warmup before a round, so Im a little tight. I can get 330-350 or so pretty accurately as of now. I have had one drive with a westside northman that went dead straight around 250 ft, cut hard right, then faded out for around 380 ft or so.

You are leaning back too far and throwing your shoulders over forward and rounding the release with your upper arm against the chest, instead of turning the hips/shoulders back further and leading with the hips, body gets out of the way and whipping the arm targetward with the elbow forward/upper arm away from the chest.

I have compared my form to pros in slow motion and I really have a lot to work on. I see what you mean about my arm crashing into my chest. If I rotate my throwing shoulder down, it should clear the room I need correct? I watched both of the videos and I will work on getting my weight braced better. I have been working on it for a while and it is much improved from a few months ago. Another issue which has been a constant for me is getting solid elbow extension. Is there any drills or videos which can help me out with getting a feel for it? Really a trouble spot for me.

Shoulder down from tilting the spine at the hip and clearing the hips will give you a power pocket to pull through. That pocket is what allows the elbow to get forward in line to whip the lower arm forward. If you have a punching bag you can whip the hand(back fisted) with force target ward, not to the right. This is similar to how Beto describes it when he talks about punching at the target.
