I generally prefer baseline plastics for in-the-circle putting (or using a putting stroke).

I use Classic or Classic Blend for my Wardens and Judges. I'm using Star Colts, but if I were carrying a Colt as a putter, I'd take one of my proto DX Colts. For an "All-Prodigy" bag, I like the 300s plastic of the Prodigy PA-4 for putting. If I were carrying an "All-MVP" bag, I would have the Electron Atom. I also like the Discraft Challenger in Pro-D, though I'd like to pick up a Challenger in a more durable plastic for throwing. Last, but not least, I have a Gateway Wizard and a Warlock in Supersoft. A durable-plastic Wizard for throwing would be nice.

But basically: baseline for putting, premium for throwing from further out.

I prefer RFF, but I think I'm in the minority.

I like SS or SSS but you could do worse than RFF as well. It just clovers more easily for my grip.

I'm a gateway baseline whore. Since I started putting wizards about 18 months ago I've ran thru a lot of different preferred blends. At the moment I'm all about my $/OG blends, which are about SSS in flex with a different feel then typical SSS. Before that it was green special blends, before that it was tacky softs. I putted fossil for a brief stint too.

But I will probably fall for 3 or 4 more gateway blends in the next year.

I really like Eraser as a general plastic; grippy and still firm (not slick). I also like a stiffer blend of SS/softer S for the summer so it's still rigid, but the heat creates a little grip. For winter, definitely SSS. I like my putters to have some form, so IMO, RFF is too bendy

I started with a stiffer RFF blend, to soft in summer after a bit of use, now i normally use a SSS or SS depending how they feel that day.

also working in some scales in fossil, plastic is nice!
