Yes! and nothing in front of them that you can trip over if you go past the tee pad on your throw. Yeah, I know you can start your walk/run up so that you finish before you get to the end of the pad....but still....let's not have tripping hazards at the end of the pad.

I do understand the purpose of some raised pads is due to drainage....but how about having them flush to the ground, dig a small trench around it to re-direct the water, fill the trench with gravel so that it is level with the pad and ground. That will allow the water to flow around the pad and reduce the tripping hazard.
