Aww... poor baby have a bad day at the Ridge?...

Pros: There are very few pros for this course.

The tee pads are large and concrete.

The course seems like it's maintained often.
Cons: This course is not good. The layout is confusing and the fairways are way too close to each other.

I love wooded courses (NC disc golf is awesome!) -- but this course could have a few removed. There are way too many poke-and-hope holes.

There are some areas of the course where it looks like the mud has been around for a long long time. If it weren't for the mud, I'd suggest that the course is cart friendly.

I'm sure the locals love it because there aren't many great options in the area... but I'll never willingly return to this course.
Other Thoughts: Update: Lol. Someone "Reported" my review.

Man, seriously... people are allowed to have different opinions. I literally hated this course. It wasn't fun for me and I'll never return.

^ to the above post.

The course might not have been his/hers playing style. But the Info the person gave is only used on 2-3 holes near the basket at bast with a tight at the basket. I bet 7 I do like how the holes have extra gravel on the edges so you do not need to worry. Also a freak year in the midwest/plains with how wet it was compared to average.

Never played there myself, but sounds very much like a knee jerk reaction.
If he didn't see any used rubbers or trash, it should have been about a 4.0 at the very least.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say that if you posted a 1 disc review on what's otherwise regarded as a top 10 course, with next to nothing to substantiate it, this "different opinion" is probably garbage, and exceedingly likely a troll review.

Hey folks, could we please get back to the original purpose of this thread, and focus on the great review lines? I think there has been enough of bashing the bad reviews, and it's just cluttering up this thread. Feel free to start another thread about horrible reviews, but lets keep it positive here.

couldn't find a specific bad review thread, but there has been lots of discussion about poor reviews:
newbie reviews
lame reviews
worthless reviews
downvoting reviews
