Default Injured by a disc

As to free up that other thread & it's been a few years since a discussion, here is a new thread about being injured by one of them harmless frisbees.

here are some other threads about being hit by a disc:
lady loses sight & files lawsuit part1, part2
kid hits
on course injuries
legal issues hitting someone with a disc

getting hit in the right place in the head would result in the most serious injuries the nose

Fitting that this video popped up today in my Google news feed of a deer (nearly?) getting hit.

Definitely don't throw on people, but be careful with animals too.

Deer at my home course are pests. I aim at them on purpose.

(the last few seconds seem pretty extreme, but needs to be taken in the context of the entire set.)

Getting hit by a disc in the head isn't all that bad.

I took a high speed driver to the side of my lower leg by some douche playing the "safari"layout without regards to other course users. My toddler was standing on the other side of me. Luckily it hit me and not him. (Ensuing conversation with disc owner is a topic for another thread) That hurt like hell. Couldn't imagine taking one to the head. Even as dense as my head is, ooooftaaa, that would be awful.
