You can line your bag, or your stomach, with the melted plastic as well. Soft Neutron is best for this due to its opacity. MVP really thought of everything.

I've never seen Soft Neutron, but my regular N Ions get sticky grippy when temps are over 100 with higher humidity. putting with them becomes somewhat of a challenge because the super grip affects my release. I've never had any issues with the mids or drivers though, in any plastic.

I will most defiantly be getting a Volt, Amp, and Shock very soon. I just lost my eclipse Tangent sunday, it got stuck 100+ feet in a pine tree . The Ion has been an awesome little disc i find my self driving with it more than i thought i would. I have an Anode as well in Eclipse. Bot my Anode and Ion are the soft plastic. Which is why they got so gummy i am sure. I think i will pick up the medium plastic. I have an Axis as well, still learning this disc. It has not won over my 10th anny buzzz yet but i need to play more to understand the differences. Thanks again guys!!

Anymore advice? I will be sure to listen!
The Medium Ions are better for driving and wind putting, IMO. On calm days, I putt with an old Soft though.

I've spent several FL summers putting soft MVP without issue. One thing I do is to keep two identical putters in my bag so if one is sitting in the sun for a few minutes after a driver or upshot I can putt the one in my bag.

I've found that when it gets warmer thus far, I've liked the softness that comes to all my MVPs. I'm used to playing in winter snow and my first experience is that they get hard get rock hard, regardless of plastic (soft eclipse through regular neutron). TBH (you can see from my sig) although I really enjoy MVPs discs, I find all their plastics (soft neutron aside, I've not tried it) are in the same league as other premiums for better and worse. If you're good with Z or Champ, you're going to get very similar performance from Proton or Neutron from grip and tempurature related malleability through to durability.
