Pretty good advice here. I’m new myself, so take mine with a grain of salt.

People recommend the tee bird and Leo quite often, and I also do. If you’re looking for a driver, check out the Innova star TL... it’s a straight flyer and can nab you some big distance. For in between, the mako3 is awesome as well.

Both of these discs will act much like putters that people recommend throwing early on, and that’s because their neutral, straight flyers. It shows you clearly when you’ve done something wrong and gives good enough feedback to help keep you progressing.

The Star TL3 and Star Thunderbird are also both awesome but at a higher speed.

Good not quite so much a true beginner disc but for a year or two, is a Valkyrie if you have such a driver. Valkyrie was my first driver speed and the longest disc I had in my bag for a good while and not just that 10-11 speed was all that was out higher at the time.

I'm just here to second the Roadrunner.. And raise you a Comet... the Comet smoothed out my form and for some people at 250' it can be their furthest disc just because of the glide.
