Default Stuck at 280'!

Hey Everyone,
I've been getting into disc more and more the last few years, but I just can't seem to break 280' or so for my max distance. I throw a Buzzz around 250' and a Mantis 30 feet further or so.

I finally decided to film myself today, and below is the Youtube link from the side and back.
Please break my swing down as much as possible and feel free to give ANY advice/drills as to what I should work on. I appreciate your help! I know I've got a long way to go, but figured posting here couldn't hurt!

Starting with the easier things to fix, your grip and alignment are off. Look up sidewinder’s “grip and alignment” video and go from there - your elbow/shoulder collapses instead of keeping tension on its plane with shoulder - elbow - forearm - disc.

After that it will get easier to break down the bigger stuff. Try experimenting with a three finger grip - for me it was a lot easier to get a cleaner, and more powerful/efficient release with three fingers than four.

Note how you have extended your body and swung your shoulder forward with both your arms collapsed back/hugging yourself when you plant front heel and your rear foot is still flat on ground, while Paul's shoulder is still lagged back with the sling loaded like bow and arrow and rear foot unweighted and rear arm squeezing forward and front upper arm wide away from body/shoulders.
