Default Green mountain championship

It's supposed to be a great course. Multiple touring pros. Rooting for my up and coming buddy cooper. Another friend Jason is under par after nine. I'm excited to get to watch some vid of hit his course from this year. In fact I'm gonna go back and watch last years now.

Here is the live scoring.

Course is here

Also looks like dgcr member brad Harris is playing.

I would have a hard time playing in this event without a hangover. So much good beer out there.

If you weren't playing today with a hangover, you'd be sure to have one tomorrow. Fiddlehead is debuting a double IPA called Hyzer Flip at the players party tonight.

Disappointed that Smashboxx is apparently not there to cover the event live. Granted, it was on the schedule with the caveat "tentative" so I shouldn't get my hopes up, but since I couldn't make it up there, it would have been nice to watch it instead. Oh well.

Last I had heard about Smashboxx covering it was just that they had only talked with Jeff about possibly doing coverage, but nothing was ever finalized. I don't know what kind of cell signal they get at Smuggs anyways, may have been another case of not a strong enough signal like we had at Ledgestone last weekend.

that's exactly what I was thinking. Getting a signal might be hard... unless all ski resorts have upgraded reception as they are hot spots of activity during the cooler months.

Still wish I was going...

My buddy is battling with Brinster for the last spot in the finals. Coop got 4 birds in a row but then boagied 1 and is now 2 strokes behind Brinster for that 5th spot. I'm excited for him.

Edit: I hate to root against people but Brinster boagied. One stroke back now!

Go Coop. Make it two Mainers in that final 9.

The cell signal up there is actually pretty good. So I doubt that was going to be an obstacle.
