Agreed, and I believe this is why its listed as speed 5, but in the drivers category.

I saw no reason for the Trident and the XXX though. I have the latter bagged: power it down and its just like a trident, but you can get some decent distance as well, and it would take a hurricane to flip it.

On a side note, I'd put the Pain at 5 as well.

some people don't like to power down
some would prefer to hit a slower driver at normal power than a faster driver at less than normal

hence a Trident could be useful

the Trident is much like a Whippet and people seem to love their Whippets

I gave my dad my xxxand kept the trident. It's not as forgiving forehand like a drone is and harder to keep on a line without anny..... But hyzer bombs and wind, no problem. Bill I used my trident on the cruise, worked great

Have not had it roll on me yet, it sticks when it hits

it is really nice to see innova style rating on their discs. i have put my core out at around 300 on a great day (not consistently) so i can understand why they rated it the same as a slow driver.

Because of their blunter nose, Tridents are great for uphill dog legs when nose-up is unavoidable. Where as the XXX on a nose up release may wing all the way around and smack you on your own forehead GG style.
