That's OK. At least something I've done has brought love to an underappreciated but very important mold.

And take all the digs you want at Dustin Keegan. That fool owes me twelve bucks!

That's HUGE!
- How well does the print stick towards the edges?
- Are you printing on raft?
- Can you print the water soluble support material (clean-up would be drastically reduced)

EDIT: it could be PETG. That's a good guess.

It's a big surface, but if I'd waited until now, there's a 400x400 printer out now that is the new "hotness" (Sidewinder X1) in my budget like my 10S was when I bought it. It's a good time to be a printing fan.

I don't generally see any bed level warping on large prints unless it has 90 degree corners which a disc won't. I've printed a couple full build area gargoyles with round bases, and they've stayed perfectly stuck to the bed. PLA is pretty idiot proof though...

I am thankfully past rafts (printing on a mirror for a flat, shiny surface with this printer). Mostly skirts (or a brim if it's got a small contact patch with the build plate) for me. My printer is a single extruder so only what the print is made of.

I know time is tight (good on you for hustling!), but if you manage to get another design fleshed out, send me the STL, and I'll print some testers.

*actually you will have to start the Official Dustin Keegan Fan Club; fewer people root for him than throw Birdies.

I still throw an Upshot. I just don't let BroD know about it.

Yaaayyyyyy! My disc won! Well, I like Sonics too. And DoggyStyle. And Fastbacks, SuperHeroes, UltraStars, Zephyrs, etc.

OK, maybe the Polecat isn't "my disc" after all hahahahaha
