Oh and one more thing: I want to finish the home course I'm building and maybe just maybe host a C Tier some time.

I'll do leagues, tags events, throw cash games locally, but I'm not all that smitten with full blown tournaments. I'm a player that would rather spend money driving to throw new courses than waste it on player packs of discs I won't throw. Besides, tournaments are so time consuming, I hate being locked into an all day event. If the weather sucks when I'm busy not being locked into a tournament I can leave and get lunch, or take a nap, or a dump and so on.

I want to play at least 1 course in each state. 28/50 completed so far.

Our Spring Break road trip to add 2 more states (NC & SC) was supposed to happen last week. Stupid virus!!!!

While I love that competition brings out my best game, age an injuries have taken their toll. Now I just think about the next shot and try to throw pretty lines. (And trying not to embarrass myself. )

Probably in this order for me.

1) Competing at a sport. Wherever my skill level fits.
1) Relaxing, having fun.
2) Learing and mastering something I love to the best of my abilities.
3) Beating my friends every round.

Just have fun.
I usually don't even keep or know the score.
I love playing NC woods golf. Having to figure out the shape of the shot to reach the objective and then executing it makes my day.
That and seeing "shirtless guy". My group decided a few years back that it doesn't count as a round unless you see "shirtless guy".

Every course has unique and interesting characters. We had a guy who only played holes 1-5 so he could stop by his car and grab a beer after each "round" (old NPC course). We called him beer guy.

New Poll. What are your disc golf aspirations for 2020:

1) Throw practice drives by myself in an empty field and practice putt in the backyard.

most importantly I just wanna have fun while playing. Shooting under par is always a plus. As a weekend warrior I would love to shoot under par consistently.

Man, I just want to be able to throw again. For the first time in my life I have an elbow injury - my internet research tells me it's most likely "tennis elbow" - and I can't throw a disc or a ball. Can't even putt.
It would truly suck, but the timing is kind of okay. I mean, if you're gonna get an injury that keeps you from playing the sports you love, what better time than when you're not allowed to actually play them? So, my lofty goal for disc golf this year is to simply rehab enough to be able to play again when the parks open.
