So for a long time I've wanted to shoot a round that's filmed in one continuous shot. I thought it'd be something different, something unique compared to my other videos.

Here's a couple holes to give you an idea of what it looks like.

Personally I think its cool for putts, but following the disc after I drive isn't good enough for me to pursue the idea further.

Either way, Soft Proxy is the best disc there is. If you haven't ever taken one to a course and tried an 18 hole speed round with it, I highly recommend it. Put on some good running shoes and leave all your gear behind save for this one disc. Such a versatile mold. Not many neutral putters I'm this confident ripping FH and BH off the tee.

Is there anything a Proxy will do that a well worn Plasma Envy won't?

Doubt it, they're pretty interchangeable. I find the Proxy a touch comfier in the hand but the difference is minimal.

I like the format. I like the miss, it's real life, that's disc golf. It's a cool video. Happy new year!

What If you change The zoom abit? I have a gopro myself and for discgolf you dont need to see as wide as other sports. More focused AT The center of where your looking should make it easier to see where The discs flew.

Mine is the session model with no zoom function, but maybe changing it to a more narrow field of focus would help. Thanks for the idea, I'll mess around with it next time its dry outside.

How does the Plasma Proxy compare to the other plastics stability wise? I'm looking to try out a proxy and an unsure which plastic would be a good way to go

They all fly the same in my experience. Neutron is firmest, plasma has a touch of give, and soft is soft. Pick based on which level of firmness you want.

I do this all the time. As a parent, coach, and busy umpire, I have to be creative with getting in some playing time during the summers. It is a great way to get some cardio and play dg. Just grip, rip, and go. I have been enjoying one disc rounds with putters the past two years. It really helped improve many areas of my game.

I will try and film a one disc putter round with my soft proxy in the spring because it's a white core pink rim disc.
